These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and joyana ("joyana", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the joyana website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other users who access the Platform in any capacity.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the joyana Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in full, including any amendments that joyana may publish from time to time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

1. Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Age Requirement. Use of the joyana Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years old or older. joyana reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and any outstanding balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable platform policies.

1.2 Geographic Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the joyana Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. joyana makes no representations that the services are available or appropriate in any particular location. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

1.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on joyana. Duplicate accounts, accounts created to circumvent a suspension or self-exclusion, or accounts shared between multiple users are strictly prohibited. joyana reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers, and forfeit balances held in any additional account.

1.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account and must keep that information current. joyana may suspend or terminate accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. Your registered mobile number is your primary account identifier and must be a valid Bangladeshi number that you own and control.

1.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joyana Login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one- time verification codes with any third party. joyana will never contact you to ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or any other person — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact joyana support immediately.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals

2.1 Supported Payment Methods. joyana supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). joyana does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion on your behalf.

2.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. joyana reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed back to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible. joyana targets same-business-day processing for verified accounts. Withdrawals may be subject to a standard identity verification review before funds are released. joyana does not charge a processing fee for withdrawals, though your payment provider's own transfer fees may apply.

2.4 Verification Requirements. joyana may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. This may include submission of a valid national identity document, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested by joyana may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.5 Prohibited Funding Sources. You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, using credit facilities obtained specifically for gambling purposes, or depositing proceeds from unlawful activity are all strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

3. Bonuses and Promotions

3.1 General Bonus Terms. joyana offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, seasonal offers (such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh promotions), and cricket-season cashback events. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

3.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

3.3 Abuse of Bonuses. joyana reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedge bets that artificially satisfy wagering requirements, colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms, or any other strategy that joyana determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

3.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. joyana reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued mid-campaign, joyana will use reasonable efforts to honour commitments already made to eligible players up to the point of discontinuation.

4. Game Rules and Fair Play

4.1 Random Number Generation. All casino games offered through the joyana Platform — including slots, live table games, crash games, and bingo — operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by joyana's game studio partners. These RNGs are independently tested by the relevant studio's certification bodies. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session results.

4.2 Game Providers. Games are supplied by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Red Tiger, and Blueprint Gaming, among others. Each studio's individual game rules apply within their respective titles. joyana is not responsible for technical faults originating within third-party game software, though joyana will work with the relevant studio to resolve any confirmed technical error affecting player outcomes.

4.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, server interruption, or software error that results in an incorrect game result or payout, joyana reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. Malfunctions void all pays and play. joyana's decision in respect of any disputed game outcome is final, subject to the joyana complaints process described in Section 8 below.

4.4 Prohibited Conduct. The following are strictly prohibited on the joyana Platform: use of automated betting software or bots; exploitation of software bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain; any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in relation to sports markets; use of VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions; and any other conduct that joyana determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or to the fair experience of other players.

4.5 Sports Betting Markets. For cricket and other sports markets, joyana publishes odds based on available market information. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a market is suspended. In-play markets may be suspended without notice at joyana's discretion. Settlement of all sports bets is based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, BPL organising committee, FIFA, etc.). joyana reserves the right to void bets placed after an event's result has become publicly known.

5. Responsible Gaming

5.1 Player Commitment. joyana is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. Gambling on joyana is intended as a form of adult entertainment. joyana strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and to treat any losses as the cost of entertainment, not as a financial problem to be recovered through further gambling.

5.2 Tools Available. Registered players can access deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools through their account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked and no new account may be opened on the Platform.

5.3 Underage Gambling. joyana operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. If joyana has reason to believe that a registered account belongs to an individual under the age of 21, the account will be suspended pending verification and may be closed permanently. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method minus any amounts already wagered.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership. All content on the joyana Platform — including but not limited to the joyana brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, written content, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of joyana or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use joyana's intellectual property beyond the limited right to access the Platform for personal entertainment purposes.

6.2 Prohibited Use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any part of the joyana Platform or its content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of joyana. Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of any data from the Platform using automated tools is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Platform Availability. joyana endeavours to maintain the Platform in continuous operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond joyana's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. joyana shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, provided joyana takes reasonable steps to restore service promptly.

7.2 Gambling Losses. By using the joyana Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a normal part of gaming. joyana is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by players during normal, uninterrupted operation of the Platform. No refunds will be issued for wagers placed and lost in accordance with the applicable game rules.

7.3 Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, joyana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if joyana has been advised of the possibility of such damages. joyana's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7.4 Third-Party Content. joyana is not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of third-party game software, payment processing services, or any other third-party service integrated into the Platform. Any disputes with third-party providers should be directed to those providers in the first instance.

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

8.1 How to Raise a Complaint. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the joyana Platform — including a disputed game outcome, a delayed withdrawal, or an account access issue — you should contact joyana support in the first instance. 8.2 Resolution Timeline. joyana will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours of receipt and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Complex cases involving third-party game studios or payment processors may require additional time. joyana will keep you informed of progress throughout the resolution process.

8.3 Finality of Decisions. joyana's decision on any complaint or dispute, once communicated in writing, is final and binding, subject only to any rights you may have under applicable law in your jurisdiction. joyana strongly encourages players to read all relevant game rules and terms before placing any wager, as post-wager disputes based on misunderstanding of published rules will not ordinarily result in a refund.

9. Account Closure and Termination

9.1 Closure by Player. You may close your joyana account at any time by contacting support. Before your account is closed, any outstanding bonus funds will be removed and any pending withdrawals of real-money balances will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy.

9.2 Termination by joyana. joyana reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to void outstanding wagers and forfeit balances, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: providing false registration information, underage gambling, fraudulent activity, money laundering, abusive behaviour towards support staff, and exploitation of software vulnerabilities.

9.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. joyana will retain your personal data for as long as required under applicable law, as described in the joyana Privacy Policy.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

10.1 Amendments. joyana reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform homepage or via the email address registered to your account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 9.1.

10.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

10.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the joyana Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and joyana with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
